At Dynamic Concept, we design and develop custom mechanical equipment for complex and innovative projects. Our work is multidisciplinary, strongly focused on process automation and the integration of industrial robots, within an industry undergoing significant transformation.

Here, the engineer holds a central role: defining technical solutions, making key design decisions, and seeing concepts come to life from design to manufacturing, all the way to on-site installation, in Canada and internationally.

Reporting to the Mechanical Department Manager, you will be involved in unique, high-value technical projects, with a high level of autonomy and real influence on technical decisions.

You will be responsible for

• Leading the mechanical design of custom products and equipment
• Defining, analyzing, and evolving technical solutions throughout the project lifecycle
• Collaborating closely with electrical, automation, and robotics teams
• Guiding and supporting designers in design decision-making
• Performing sizing and validation calculations
• Reviewing and approving engineering drawings
• Participating in the mechanical integration of automated, multidisciplinary systems
• Contributing to cost analyses, technical studies, and R&D activities
• Maintaining close ties with manufacturing and on-site activities to ensure realistic and high-performance solutions
• Participating in continuous improvement and the evolution of engineering standards

Profile We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec – OIQ)
• Approximately 7–10 years of experience
• Strong interest in designing and developing custom-engineered solutions
• High level of technical rigor, autonomy, and ability to solve complex problems
• Comfortable in a multidisciplinary, automation-oriented environment
• Proficiency in SolidWorks: an asset

Due to an international clientele, bilingualism in French and English is required

Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Project Manager will be responsible for managing various projects to completion in collaboration with the client.

You will be responsible for

• Manage project budgets and progress
• Monitor labor and material expenses
• Understand client requirements and scope of work
• Ensure complete project planning (labor, material, schedule, production, etc.) and follow up at all phases
• Mobilize project teams, organize follow-up meetings with project teams
• Balance client needs with company needs
• Maintain effective and proactive communication with clients
• Conduct post-mortem evaluations of project performance
• Organize projects according to best project management practices
• Provide performance indicators for project governance
• Collaborate with the team to develop standard project management tools for continuous improvement
• Promote quality and occupational health and safety
• Perform any other related tasks

Profile We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering and/or Master’s in Project Management or Engineering Management, or Bachelor’s in Business Administration with experience in project management in the industrial or engineering sector
• Any combination of education/experience in industrial project management will be considered
• PMP certification is an asset
• Knowledge of the aluminum sector is an asset
• Due to an international clientele, bilingualism in French/English is required
